Rewards for Referrals Contest (the “Contest”)

The Contest is subject to the following rules (the “Rules”):

At the 2012 Chicago Auto Show (the “Show”), Merchants and Manufacturers Bank  (“Merchants”) will award a brand new Ford Mustang Convertible (the “Reward”) to one individual (the “Winner”).  

An eligible person is a person who refers to the bank a customer (in which said person (or person’s immediate family) has no financial interest of any sort), with whom the bank is currently not doing business with said customer, the principals of said customer or the guarantors of the customer,  for which the customer opens and maintains their primary operating account with the bank AND the bank provides credit facilities of $1,000,000 or more (which is originated between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011) and during the calendar year 2011 has an average outstanding principal balance of $500,000.00 or more.”

No purchase necessary to enter the Contest.  A purchase (or any consideration paid to Merchants) will not improve a contestant’s chances of winning.  

Merchants will distribute tickets to individual contestants in its sole and absolute discretion.      

To participate, individual contestants must receive at least one ticket from Merchants and must bring his/her ticket(s) to the Show and present it/them to the designated agent of Merchants for use in the drawing of the Winner to be conducted by Merchants (the “Drawing”).  

To win the Reward, an individual contestant must have his/her name called in the Drawing and must be present when his/her name is called.

Merchants may substitute an alternate reward that is not comparable to the Reward and that has a lesser value than the Reward.    
The Winner may not select an alternate or substitute reward.  

The Reward, or any substitution thereof, is being offered “as is” with absolutely no representations about its condition.  

Merchants does not provide any written or express warranty for the Reward or any substitution thereof.   
Merchants shall not be responsible for any of the maintenance of the Reward or any substitution thereof.   

All Merchants’ decisions regarding the Contest, including, but not limited to, the selection of the Winner, the Reward, the substitution of the Reward, the Drawing, and the date and time of the Contest and the Drawing are in the sole and absolute discretion of Merchants and are final and binding on all contestants.  

All federal, local and municipal laws and regulations apply.

The Reward or any substitution thereof is non-assignable and non-transferrable by the Winner.

The Winner may waive his/her right to receive the Reward or any substitution thereof.  

The Winner is solely responsible for any and all local, state and federal taxes on the Reward or any substitution thereof.   

The Winner is solely responsible for the registration, insurance, and all other requirements related to the use of the Reward any substitution thereof.   

Merchants is not responsible for replacing tickets or for conducting another contest or drawing as a result of the Show’s cancellation, weather conditions, travel arrangements or events beyond the control of Merchants, or if a contestant does not hear his/her name called at the Drawing.   

Merchants is not responsible for conducting an alternate contest or drawing.     

The time, date, and place of the Contest and the Drawing are subject to change without notice.  

Void where prohibited.

The Winner, by entering the Contest, consents to the use of his/her name and likeness, in any and all promotional items of Merchants.

Merchants reserves the right to amend any of the Rules without notice.  

Employees of Merchants and their immediate families are not eligible
