I am unable to enroll in online banking. What is the problem?

Why can’t I pay bills from my savings account?

You may pay bills from your primary checking account through the online bill pay service. Bills may not be paid from a savings account. How do I cancel eStatements?

I’ve signed up for text alerts, but I haven’t received any. Is there a problem?

Verify that you have enabled your phone to receive text alerts through online banking. If you are still having issues with receiving alerts, contact a customer service associate at 815-467-4386, stop into a branch, or send us a message via our Contact Us page. 

Why can’t I enroll all of my accounts for eStatements?

You are able to enroll accounts in which you are an owner. Accounts in which you are not an owner, such as a minor savings account for which you are the custodian, are not available for eStatements through your online banking account.

Why won’t the Online Banking Log In screen come up when I click on “Login?”

Check to make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off.
